Dublin City Council Culture Company has conducted a series of research projects over the past few years about the Dublin City Council owned property Kilmainham Mill.
We have produced a short film which provides a look at the Mill’s evolution, from its pre-production days to its current state of stabilisation.

Arcade produced, shot, and edited Mary Is Missing, continuing a long-term collaboration with director Aisling Byrne. This interview dives into Byrne’s creative vision, the challenges and rewards of making the film, and the collaborative process behind the camera. The feature also highlights how Arcade’s production, cinematography, and post-production work helped bring the narrative to life, shaping the final look and feel of the film.
We had a blast producing this Dublin-wide literary film series with the Irish Writers Centre and UNESCO, capturing the city’s writers and their stories. This feature dives into the project, showing how it brought Dublin’s literary community together and shared their voices with everyone.
